At Malamiga coffee is not something on the side, it is the reason for the visit. We serve 100% arabica coffee from selected origins: Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Ethiopia and Mexico. Each origin has its own character, and that is why our coffees change with the season and with what each harvest offers.
We work with freshly roasted coffee, because coffee loses nuance over time and deserves to be served at its best. That is where the cups with more sweetness, more body or more acidity come from, depending on the origin you choose.
